The existing waterproofing systems across multiple concrete and metal roofs at Peppers Blue on Blue Resort had deteriorated, allowing water ingress into guest accommodation and compromising the long-term condition of the buildings. Different roof types, numerous penetrations and drainage issues required a tailored approach to restore waterproofing integrity across the resort. With the property remaining operational throughout the project, works needed to be carefully coordinated to minimise disruption to guests, staff and daily activities. The restoration also needed to withstand the demanding tropical coastal environment and provide lasting protection against further deterioration.

RCR Services delivered a coordinated roof restoration and waterproofing program across multiple resort buildings. Concrete and metal roof surfaces were cleaned, repaired and prepared to support the performance of the new waterproofing and coating systems. Penetrations, joints and vulnerable areas were sealed, drainage was improved, and high-performance protective coatings were applied to increase durability and extend roof life. Works were carefully staged around resort operations to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for guests. The completed program restored watertightness, resolved critical roof defects and provided durable, low-maintenance protection suited to the tropical coastal conditions.
