117 Albion Street

For this project, our investigation found that the roofs of all 3 buildings at 117 Albion Street were showing signs of deterioration and so we began the comprehensive roof replacement. We removed the existing roofs and installed the new Colorbond roof sheeting. This also includes installing ridge capping, aprons, cappings, eave and box guttering, and rainheads, all using Colorbond materials. Additionally, we fitted downpipes, backflashings on penetrations, and R1.8 Anticon insulation to enhance thermal performance. To ensure safety and quality, we also installed roof handrails and used a scissor lift for roof access throughout the project.
