The existing roofs were removed and replaced with new Colorbond sheeting, complete with ridge capping, aprons, eave and box guttering, and rainheads. Additional works included fitting downpipes, backflashings around penetrations, and R1.8 Anticon insulation to improve thermal performance. For safety and efficiency, roof handrails were installed and a scissor lift was used to provide secure access during the project.
