Objectives
Warragul Hospital faced significant water ingress issues, requiring immediate remedial works. Our investigations showed that there had a been a cover sheet installed previously, however it had not been sealed or installed correctly, allowing the water to ingress. We were pleased to be able to submit a comprehensive report and proposal for a roof and box gutter replacement.
solutions
Due to the extent of the ingress issues, RCR recommended a full roof and box gutter replacement to thoroughly rectify the water ingress issues and and prevent any further ingress in the future.
Our solution was to remove the existing roof sheets, replace the box gutter and install new Colorbond roof sheeting to the entire area, guaranteeing correct falls and preventing further ingress to the hospital roof.
